Refund Policy — 30-Day Tail-Wagger Guarantee

We want you (and your dog) to love PawFlask. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a full refund.

How it works: Email us at support@pawflask.com with your order number and a short note about what went wrong. No lengthy forms, no interrogations.

Defective or damaged items: We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund immediately — no return shipping required. Just attach a photo.

Change of mind: Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Once we confirm the return, your refund is processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Late or missing refunds: If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, contact us at support@pawflask.com and we'll track it down.
