Shipping Policy

Free tracked shipping on all US orders — always.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays).

Delivery time: 7–14 business days across the United States. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it every step of the way.

Order changes: Need to fix an address or cancel? Email support@pawflask.com within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll take care of it.

Lost packages: If your tracking hasn't moved in 7 days or your package is marked delivered but missing, contact us — we'll send a replacement or refund you in full.
